In the last one year I have taken MBA graduates to the wilderness for outbound training programme.This comprises of an early morning trekking into the jungles of Bannergetta (Bangalore)and visual treat of the wild herbivorous animals .The carnivorous are kept enclosed. The fear of unknown and the thought of being on their own in small teams really bring forth the leadership qualities and enhance their team ability.
