Some times I reach a stage in my contemplation and awareness over intervals where i get to see from the helicopter view on the emerging and unfolding trends as a predictive analysis perspective. Often I chose to keep it to myself and watch over it. Largely it has defined how the trajectory path of my career as a Strategic Change Management specialist shaped in the market growth and predictions in the last 26 years. The Mass Entrepreneurship panel discussion at the SVP sustainable livelihoods conclave on 16th March 2019 at NIAS IISc Bengaluru  was a resounding success and threw up some powerful insights.
