Leaping big in INNOVATION 2013 - Dream come true




It’s a long way to come along for dreams to be translated into reality. 

Especially if it’s a dream that is being brought into reality that will in turn translate multitude of dreams into reality. Yes!! Isn’t that interesting?  

14 years ago this dream was conceived to assist in the space of innovation where

a)      Ideation can be translated into demonstrated services or products using an incubator.
b)      To become an accelerator and a catalyst to entrepreneurs and organizations in sustaining .
c)      To bring a change by innovating and changing the habits of people, thinking differently to excel.
d)     Stimulating change by approaching things in Creative and Open space culture.
e)      Creating a replicable viral effect at the grassroot level and impacting social Change

After many years of various trial and errors; finally the wheel of life has come a full circle with this thought process. 

Manthan 2013 promoted by FKCCI gave it a new meaning.

Signed a MOU with Federation of Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FKCCI) to tap into the university campus across the state of Karnataka. This will enable Infopace to capture, distill ideation and enable these ideas to emerge through the tough process of seeing the day light as a successful and marketable business proposition.This is working in the space pre- business plan and angel investment which is highly neglected and ignored.

On 20th June 2013 INFOPACE signed a MOU with the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) to be able to incubate and harness the innovative concepts emerging out of university campus in Karnataka State on the platform of MANTHAN in the Presence of Prof Sadagopan - Director for IIIT-B and the Home Minister Sri KJ George of the Karnataka Govt besides various other dignitaries from the industry. This gathering was also addressed by Sri Sam Pitroda – The Advisor to the PM GoI on Innovation
 
We have set up a community of Small investors to support in this cause.
In collaboration with Rotary Club of Yelahanka we have an ongoing activity at hegdehalli.at the foot of Nandi Hills, We would like incubate all those projects which are in the spaces of Agriculture, alternate livelihood, renewable energy, rural market focused Products, Primary health care and Nutrition with a ready market of about 100 villages.
Special Emphasis is on Grassroot level innovations meant to touch common people lives and empower people to be self employed.
Other tech projects and ideas reaching out to the urban masses will be incubated at potential partners like SIMs B-School, Sir MVIT and CMRIT

Have also been empanelled on the GOLDMAN SACH - ISB 10,000 women entrepreneur initiative at AIMS.

This is a daunting task and a never ending journey in search of excellence.
Our collective Vision is to Reach out and make a difference to 10 million Entrepreneurs  by 2018
With this quantum leap Infopace will now be incubating and harnessing Projects in this space from January 2014 with the funding as well and 3 months intense course called ILAB

Well What can I say, this was a researched topic that I had first published in 2009 post 2008 global recession in  NOWPUBLIC.com . A media publication portal which now seems defunct and closed. The red shirt movement in Thailand that started in 2007 was the first sign then gradually that alerted the world on the overheated conditions of the societies across the globe and the pressure that was gradually altering the nature of the communities burdened by the disparity in the income and excessive expenditure.
