Sowing the seeds of change in the Rotary International dist 3190
The
energy to drive and realize the goal is something that keeps changing and
raising the bar in performance that slowly after a period in time starts to
engulf the space all around. But before this happens the energy is potentially captive in the dormant mode and in restive stage. Deep inside it’s
incubating itself in the womb of time to flower at the right time and glow. But
till then when energies are coming together often there is self doubts and
judgmental perceptions that seems to be so overpowering that it makes one feel
so insecure in anxiety and yet the bond of the INTENT keeps us going further
and further.
Without
losing the sight of the INTENT on the landscape if we keep moving often the
unseen and unimaginable potential can be unlocked when the energies all
confluence together in synergic embrace on oneness. Some kind of deep
contentment and deep satisfaction emerges dispelling all the fears and anxiety
to a beautiful place where possibilities are galore and everything seem to work
in a rhythm as if guided by some unseen force to know and do exactly what is
right without being even directed as if the nature itself has been in design
and the universe ensuring that the GOAL is reached.
No
more fencing, no more fortress, no more probing , no more holding to ego, no
more fearing of the unknown, no more pretension……standing in the true self in
all nakedness.
Suddenly
the work space is filled with joy and happiness in togetherness and all of the
energies connect as a team at a more subtle level where one needs no
introduction and no masking but simply connecting from heart to heart in fun
and refined sense of bonding and friendship. Yes !!!! in collective EGO
What
does It signify …………….The seed of Change has been sown
This
is what I saw and witnessed at the Rotary dist event of Rotary 3190 at Century
Club on 21st Oct 2012 at the workshop for the Past Presidents which
was the first kind of event at the dist level hosted by Rotary Club of
BangaloreYelahanka.
The
5 hours of nonstop thought provoking humorous visual presentation by Dr B.D
Patel on seeking inner growth and met morphing as a catalyst to Change
Champions, the Dist Governor Rtn BadriPrasad then the Key note Speaker Rtn S.K Nagendran PDG of Dist 3180, the
panel discussion by Rtn Dr.Radhakrishna,Rtn Asha Prasanna Kumar, Rtn Ramesh Joshi, Rtn Arun Kumar President of
century club,Rtn Nandish Hiremat the moderator,The MC of the day Rtn Harsha;
then the hilarious skit directed by Dr Upendra which had the audience in splits
for one power pack hour. Rtn Vimala Madappa and myself gave the vote of thanks.
It was a phenomenal event with about 140 participants who were enthralled all through.

I
saw evidently how powerful the art form of communication is in terms of sending
out a message Vs the regular method that we take in terms of long drawn mind
racking parleys to bring change and here we saw powerful message reaching out
in pure heart to heart connection with fun and instantly getting internalized
as well. That was fantastic as organizations spend millions of USD every years
to reach out to their employees and members to just achieve a minuscule aspect
of the same change and wait prolonged period to find visibility of the change being
internalized…………and here it was happening in such fluidity that there was Zero
resistance.
It
was a marvelous example of how a team of professionals took courage in
their hearts and emerged from the shadows of self doubts and demonstrated an excellent
form of comrades and team spirit, emerging from the cocoon to blossom into a
butterfly. Ready to take on the world in oneness

I
realized that the butterfly and the
caterpillar are two distinct beings and not the same separated by the
transformation though the same creature…………
The past President needs to define a newer role of engagement
as managers, as coaches and mentors to be the Change Champions and catalyst to
ensure the coming of the collective energies and creating awesome possibilities
