Recognize a Soul Mate when you meet one

Image
Always went through the spiral of this churn to differentiate and understand as my life went through deep painful change from 2009 and it opened the flood gates to whom I today share my world with as soul mates who came and awakened into consciousness. A journey without a destination in one life time. Soul Mate : Someone who is aligned with your soul and is sent to challenge, awaken and stir different parts of you in order for your soul to transcend to a higher level of consciousness and awareness. Once the lesson has been learnt, physical separation usually occurs. Life Partner: A companion, a friend, a stable and secure individual who you can lean on, trust and depend on to help you through life. There is a mutual feeling of love and respect and you are both in sync with each others needs and wants.   Everyone wants to meet their Soulmate. In fact, one of the most common questions I receive in my Spiritual and coaching sessions is- “When am I going to meet my Soulma...

It is one of the commonest of mistakes to consider that the limit of our power of perception is also the limit of all there is to perceive.   -- C.W.Leadbeater So much anticipation was built way back in early 2014 on the need to take the responsibility and bring lots of change and accomplishments that would serve the larger community  The year was very promising with a very dynamic District Governor RI Dist 3190 Rtn Manjunath Shetty who actually managed to create spaces for people to participate actively and under his leadership things became so full of promise and robust. The Installation ceremony of the team for 2014-2015 finally pushed me into the fire on 27.07.2014   Rtn Kishor Jagirdar with District Governor Elect Rtn K P Nagesh -Dist 3190 2014-2015  Set out with a lot of plans for the people of Yelahanka and our adopted village Hegdehalli near Nandi Hills. With Primary agenda being : 1) Health & technology Sector a) Digitization of health...

Managing Change - Is the leadership transparent ? An insight

Image
We all talk about Change and display a whole lot of models and approaches. Its now evidently an open fact that Change management is in full-force across all industries, yet many leaders are unprepared to act upon and operationalize the requirements for change to avoid business disruption. For many organizations, preparedness begins at the top and this means that Leadership – across all levels – must have absolute clarity in purpose and focus; there also must be alignment in strategic philosophy and resolution goals. Unfortunately, many organizations are slow to change as the internal politics makes it difficult to reach consensus across all levels of leadership – even when the necessity for change is urgent. This is why many companies unknowingly lose momentum as they fail to change fast enough — allowing the marketplace and competitors to pass them by.  The result: valuable time is misspent, resources applied and money invested without the required outcomes to stay compet...

Deep Unrest: A crisis emerging in the fringe of the society globally

Image
Well What can I say, this was a researched topic that I had first published in 2009 post 2008 global recession in  NOWPUBLIC.com . A media publication portal which now seems defunct and closed. The red shirt movement in Thailand that started in 2007 was the first sign then gradually that alerted the world on the overheated conditions of the societies across the globe and the pressure that was gradually altering the nature of the communities burdened by the disparity in the income and excessive expenditure. Inflation in essentials was almost a phenomenon across the globe mainly sparked by spiraling fuel prices having an adverse effect on the food market. The red shirt movement primarily was an outcry of public opinion basically trying to voice against the military led Government for focus   the UDD organized counter demonstrations, which would sporadically result in injuries and deaths. After Prime Minister  Abhisit Vejjajiva  took office, the UDD led m...

These 5 parameters will assist to imprint the reality in relation healthiness for a spouse Is it over? It's a question that women often ask themselves but are frightened to ask their partners lest it becomes a reality. Once a woman gets a whiff of trouble, that becomes the most dominant thought on her mind. Does he love me? Is he losing interest? Is there someone else? We have asked ourselves one of these questions at least once. And with live-in couples things can get more complicated. People with a fairly traditional upbringing still look for legal security. Probably that's the reason why married couples going through troubled times take solace in the fact that they have something probably more tangible in the form of legal and societal sanction for their relationship. Unmarried couples may keep a certain door open for things not working out. Or maybe they don't often come face-to-face with their true deep fears before marriage fearing a break-up. ...
