Among a Galaxy of Scientists and Innovation - Phenomenal Experience

On August 11th 2018 was invited to Davengere city by KSCST  as the only industry Expert on the panel for the 41st series of Student innovation Project at BIET campus.  Kishor Jagirdar being felicitated at BIET campus by KSCST  Kishor Jagirdar Among a galaxy of scientists  Was felicitated among a galaxy of scientists from NAL DRDO; IISc; CMTRI; C -DAC; KSCST;VGST; ISRO, CMTI and many more on 11th August by KSCST for my contribution. The govt of Karnataka has a research arm KSCST - Karnataka state council for science and technology organised its 41st series of Seminar and exhibition of students innovation projects at the state level hosted by BIET Davengere on 10th and 11th August. This is an authority in innovation housed in IISc campus. I wa s invited to evaluate some 404 innovations across at State level from academia registered to zero down to 40 for awards and funding. My journey with ROTARY INTERNATIONAL began in 1991 as a young rotaractor part of Rotary Down Town as the charter member. Did phenomenal work during my younger days. Became a rotarian in 2003-4 at rotary High Grounds then shifted over to Rotary bangalore yelahanka thanks to rtn Ashok Shanbhag. Under Rtn Pallipadi Radhakrishna presidency went on to launch signature projects like Make Dreams real; project parivartan- community change; project green glow for schools; project g rama nava chetna; Project higgina buggi for blind school etc. My exposure to the scope of change and development became boundlessness. In 2011 managed to bring together rotary India and Rotary Japan together with over 160 Rotatrians and Rotaractors from DIST 3190 being sponsored to Tokyo on my behalf. Advertising and marketing reach us through billboards, newspapers, magazines, television, web banners, sponsored posts on social media, the list is endless.
