What is Design Thinking? It’s a practical way of solving problems  by "building up" ideas, with few, or no, limits on breadth during a "brainstorming" phase. This helps reduce fear of failure in the participant(s) and encourages input and participation from a wide variety of sources in the ideation phases. The phrase "thinking outside the box" has been coined to describe one goal of the brainstorming phase and is encouraged, since this can aid in the discovery of hidden elements and ambiguities in the situation and discovering potentially faulty assumptions. Always went through the spiral of this churn to differentiate and understand as my life went through deep painful change from 2009 and it opened the flood gates to whom I today share my world with as soul mates who came and awakened into consciousness. A journey without a destination in one life time. Soul Mate : Someone who is aligned with your soul and is sent to challenge, awaken and stir different parts of you in order for your soul to transcend to a higher level of consciousness and awareness. Once the lesson has been learnt, physical separation usually occurs. Life Partner: A companion, a friend, a stable and secure individual who you can lean on, trust and depend on to help you through life. There is a mutual feeling of love and respect and you are both in sync with each others needs and wants.   Everyone wants to meet their Soulmate. In fact, one of the most common questions I receive in my Spiritual and coaching sessions is- “When am I going to meet my Soulmate?”
